In reviewing my creative process over the past week, a few key observations surfaced:
I've realized the importance of time management in my work, as extended sessions often result in mistakes, and I tend to resist taking breaks.
To address this, I've implemented a structured routine, with each work session spanning 90 minutes followed by a 15-20 minute break.
Furthermore, my enthusiasm for drawing, sketching, and using colored markers has been rekindled, and I've started incorporating these activities during my painting breaks.
At times, I face uncertainty regarding the prioritization of non-creative tasks, such as website design, updating blog posts, photographing my artwork, managing my art inventory, crafting my artist statement and bio, exploring other artists, and seeking inspiration sources.
Whenever I am unsure on what to do; I can always draw or paint.
